Sign Up Instructions
1) The first step to sign up is to choose a session, then either make the registration payment or request financial assistance using the required form.
2) Then complete the paperwork and submit it either via email OR print the PDF version and send the completed forms to us by mail.
Sign Up Forms
1) You can pay the registration fee online by using Paypal or a credit card by clicking on the "Buy Now" button of the session you wish to sign up for.
2) OR you can mail a check with the application forms to our address.
3) You do not need to send a fee if you are requesting financial assistance. Simply complete the financial assistance form, and we will be in touch with you.
