Sign Up Instructions
1) The first step to sign up is to choose a session, then make the registration payment by clicking on the "Buy Now" button. If you are requesting financial assistance, then the first step is to submit the financial assistance form above.
2) In either case, the next step is complete the registration paperwork below and submit it either via email or post mail.

1) You can pay the registration fee online by using Paypal or credit card by clicking on the "Buy Now" button of the session you wish to sign up for.
2) OR you can mail us a check with the application forms.
3) You do not need to send a fee if you are requesting financial assistance. Simply complete the financial assistance form, and we will be in touch with you.
